You can order through our web site and generate a form calculating your product total (shipping not included) for your use in faxing an order or for telephone orders.

Orders are shipped USPS. We will also ship US Mail for our Customers in Alaska and Hawaii if asked to do so. WE DO NOT SHIP TO CALIFORNIA.
All SALES ARE FINAL. We will not accept any return without prior authorization, copy of the original invoice and a note with the RA number and reason for the return. If an item is accepted for return this item is subject to a 25% restocking charge. Special order items/firearms will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. This fee will be waived if we agree to exchange the item. There is also a 25% restocking fee on any item that is special ordered and canceled.
There is NO minimum for all mail orders.

Any damaged shipments must be reported to carrier immediately for proper claim handling.

Return all defective merchandise Directly to Dynamic Armament for warranty replacement or repair. Please contact us prior to shipping any defective or damaged items.

Due to the large volume of business we do, all orders are processed in the order in which they arrive. Most orders ship within 2 days but please allow up to 3 to 4 days before inquiring about the status of your order.
