Description

The Daniel Defense AR10 12.0 Lite Rail was designed to work with the AR10 or DPMS .308 rifle length gas systems; but works equally as well mounted over top of a low profile gas block.

The rail and bolt up plate are machined from 6061-T6 aircraft grade hardened aluminum while the mounted bolts are constructed of Grade 8 steel for strength.

The rail’s unique “Bolt Up” mounting system mates with the upper receiver to create a singular ‘monolithic’ rail along the entire top portion of the rifle. The rail interface not only free-floats the rifle’s barrel for improved accuracy, but also generates huge benefits when mounting optics and accessories.

Materials & Construction

Precision CNC machined from a block of 6061 T6 aluminum and finished in hard coat type 3 mil-spec anodized black for a rock hard lasting finish while weighing in at a mere 18.5 ozs. Both the barrel nut and bolt up plate are hardened steel.
