This rug has a unique locking mechanism. The zipper has a lock (two keys included) built into it. When locked, the zipper cannot be opened. This is a minimum security feature, designed to keep the curious out. It is not California DOJ approved.

• hand guns with an overall length of 8" or less
• semi-auto pistols with 3 1/2" or shorter barrel length
• revolvers with 2 3/4" or shorter barrel length.
